Refund policy
Damaged Goods
We will strive to replace all damaged goods. Please check your goods and email us WITHIN 3 WORKING DAYS of receipt of a damaged item to be eligible for a replacement or refund. We will send a reply email containing full details of our replacement / refund procedure. You MUST keep the damaged goods together with any damaged packaging until you receive instructions on what to do with them from us.
Other Returns
Refunds will be given at the discretion of Onethirty3, please contact us via email if you are in anyway unhappy with your purchase.
In accordance with the European Distance Selling Directive, if you are ordering from an EU country, you have the right to withdraw from the contract of sale, within seven working days from receipt of the goods, and return the goods without having to give any reason. If you withdraw you will be reimbursed by the same method with which you paid, within thirty days.
You will be charged for the postage costs of returning the goods, but we do not add an administration or repackaging charge. Under these conditions, returned goods must reach us in 100% re-saleable condition for customers to be eligible for a refund.
