Shipping policy

Many of our prices include free worldwide shipping.  When this is the case, it will be clearly stated on the product description.

If shipping is excluded, charges will depend upon the weight and size of item(s) you are ordering and the country the item(s) are being shipped to. We will do our best to achieve the best method and price to ship your item.

When will I receive my order?

We aim to dispatch your order asap after you have placed it usually the next day; however, please allow up to 7 days for the uk and 28 days for delivery to overseas countries especially on big releases.  Current COVID issues may also delay you receiving your order.

How do I know when my order is dispatched?
As soon as your order has been sent out, our system will e-mail to inform you.

I have not received my item…Help?
Please contact us and we’ll get to the bottom of it and send you tracking numbers etc.

Will I be charged for customs and import fees?

All customs and import fees are payable by the recipient once the order reaches its destination country. This is out of our control.

Do you combine shipping?

Yes we can combine shipping if appropriate, ie. both items fit in one tube. If this is complicated we will get in touch and let you know.
